The opportunity
Hitachi Energy High Voltage Products is renowned worldwide as a specialist for power transmission and distribution. As a Local Product Group of High Voltage Products the High Current Systems unit is responsible for the development sales manufacturing and service of generator circuit-breaker systems.

How youll make an impact
Forming and leading of cross-functional project teams
Collaborating in global R&D Programs
Managing of project requirements and risks
Planning and coordination of the project related tasks
Forecasting and coordinating of project related resources
Communication and synchronization with stakeholders
Forecasting and monitoring of project cost and financials
Aligning the project team to reach the common targets
Ensuring on time and on quality delivery of the project
Continuous improvement activities in project execution
Your background
Masters or doctoral degree in engineering or a closely related subject from a Polytechnical/Technical University
Solid background in leadership and/or project management
Previous working experience in R&D environment is a plus
High expectations on quality of work in all regards
Independent proactive and goal-oriented personality
Self-oriented committed willing to learn
Excellent command of English both written and spoken
Structured way of working
Experience or knowhow in agile project execution is a plus
