As part of the development of our activities with one of our clients we are looking for a M365 Technical Lead that will design implement and maintain unified communication and collaboration systems (UCC).
Main duties :
- Drive end-to-end execution of Unified Communication & Collaboration projects
- Architect and deploy including VoIP video conferencing messaging platforms and collaboration tools
- Ensure high availability performance and security of UCC services across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-value solutions that meet the needs
- Provide with technical mentoring team members stimulate knowledge sharing and best practices
- Analyse and resolve related issues ensuring minimal disruption to users and services
- Deliver high-level support for critical incidents and advanced troubleshooting
Qualifications :
We are looking for :
- Knowledge in Unified Communications systems (VoIP video conferencing instant messaging and Microsoft 365 UCC tools (Teams SharePoint Exchange Online)
- Network fundamentals (QoS SIP firewall rules for UCC)
- Security and compliance in UCC environments
- Experience in incident management and 3rd level support
- Experience in large and complex organizations is expected
