Your mission:
To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team we are looking for an Technical Business Analyst experienced with Avaloq. Our mission is for one of our clients a Private Bank in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
- You will participate in the formulation of customer requirements analyze them and draft functional specifications.
- You will ensure the proper integration of solutions into Avaloq by conducting FAT/integration tests.
- You will support and coordinate the testing phases with end users (UAT).
- You will provide level 3 support in case of production incidents.
- You will participate in the review and analysis of existing architectures identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing technical recommendations.
- You will ensure the reliability and availability of solutions in production (monitoring and resolving production incidents).
Qualifications :
Your profile and skills:
- You possess a senior-level mastery of Avaloq and an Avaloq certification.
- You hold a higher education in computer science (University HES Swiss Federal Diploma EPF) or an equivalent qualification.
- You have significant experience as a business analyst in the banking sector.
- You demonstrate excellent knowledge of banking wealth management investments and financial products.
- You have a strong ability to organize and effectively conduct meetings and workshops and to manage complex topics with participants from diverse backgrounds.
- You possess very good knowledge of scripting and programming proficient in SQL query languages and familiar with database access tools.
- You consider yourself analytical with strong problem-solving skills and demonstrate autonomy and the ability to work independently.
- You speak English and French;
- You are a Swiss resident.
