Job Description

Founded in 2010 Luware is a leading SaaS provider specializing in innovative contact center and conversation recording solutions. Our Microsoftcertified solutions are designed to streamline customer interactions. We are continuing to grow rapidly thats why we are looking for an ambitious dynamic personality as an Account Executive for the Frenchspeaking market as soon as possible.

As the main person responsible for a new strategic market you can expect great development potential with our growing company which is in the scaleup stage!

You can work entirely from home or hybrid at our freshly designed beautiful offices in Zurich or London.

(Please note: you can only work completely remote out of Switzerland/Germany or UK).

Your responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers and active management of existing customers
  • High proportion of solution consulting during the sales process
  • Presentation of our solutions through engaging storytelling with corresponding demos (remote and onsite)
  • General contract negotiations
  • Independent responsibility for your own sales territory
  • Close guidance of customers through the entire sales process i.e. from the first contact to the signing of the contract

Your skills

  • Strong Interest in acting as an ambassador in the cloud communications market
  • Basic technical training in the field of (business) informatics mandatory further training in business administration or sales techniques desirable
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure technology stack and ICT/CTI market is a big plus
  • Experienced in solution sales
  • Strong will to win customers in a competitive environment
  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • French as a native speaker is essential/ English business fluent
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Customercentric attitude and ability to identify pain points/potentials
  • Microsoft Teams telephony skills are a big plus
  • Team player with a strong focus on success
