DATA WAREHOUSE DEVELOPER based in Geneva (Hybrid)

Since 2007 the company has been providing services in data management business intelligence and software development with complete transparency and respect for its clients ethics. For this assignment you will join a renowned international bank recognized for its expertise and innovation in the financial sector.
As a Data Warehouse Developer you will:
Oversee and troubleshoot daily data ingestion processes from sources such as Globus/T24 Bloomberg and Polarlake into the data warehouse ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Design maintain and enhance custom ETL solutions using PL/SQL and UNIX scripts adapting to evolving business needs and ensuring data accuracy through new validation and transformation rules.
Generate adhoc SQL reports for various stakeholders including auditors with a focus on data integrity security and full documentation for traceability.
Improve performance through query tuning indexing partitioning and execution plan analysis identifying and resolving bottlenecks in production systems.
Participate in a rotatory 24x7 oncall support structure to manage and resolve critical production issues promptly.
Enforce data governance and security policies including rolebased access control compliance with audit requirements and secure data handling.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience with Oracle databases in onprem environments.
- Advanced skills in PL/SQL development including stored procedures and complex queries.
- Proficiency in UNIX scripting for production and ETL purposes.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes even without using traditional ETL tools.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve performance issues in data workflows.
- Experience in highavailability production environments and strong incident management.
- Deep understanding of data governance security compliance and audit preparation.
- Familiarity with private banking and investment domains.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Oracle APEX development is a plus.
