What your impact will be like:

As a Cybersecurity Training Intern you will be a core member of our Presales & Deployment and thus closely collaborate with our internal stakeholders for the learning management system. You will work closely with our team to bring our Learning Management System (LMS) to life. You will play a key role in transforming technical cybersecurity knowledge into engaging highquality learning experiences for our partners and customers

In particular you will:

• Customize and brand our LMS platform using HTML/CSS

• Create and structure interactive learning paths tailored to different user roles within our partner and customer ecosystem.

• Write clear concise and technically sound training content and documentation

• Script record and edit cybersecurity training videos for LMS delivery

• Collaborate with technical experts to translate complex topics into digestible modules

• Continuously improve the LMS layout and user experience with attention to design and detail

• Ensure training materials are aligned with Exeons tone style and branding.

• Contribute to testing feedback collection and ongoing platform optimization

We are looking for a proactive selfmotivated and enthusiastic individual whos comfortable in a highpaced scaleup addition we are looking for certain requirements and skills to establish a good personjobfit:

• Previous experience with university mentorship or preparing educational materials for different target groups

• Experience (or eagerness to learn) in LMS platforms video editing and elearning design

• Previous experiences with HTML/CSS ideally in the context of design work

• Interest and passion for cybersecurity and the culture of a fastgrowing scaleup culture

• A strong eye for detail and design whether its structuring learning content or finetuning visuals

• Open reliable and collaborative professional who enjoys working in teams and can take ownership over individual projects

• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic evolving environment

• Willingness to learn quickly experiment with new tools and iterate based on feedback

• Language skills: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory German is a plus
