Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking an experienced self-driven and collaborative Registered Nurse (RN)to join our Family and Internal Medicinepractice in McLean Virginia. As a key member of our dynamic primary care team you will support three (3) Family Practice and one (1) Internal Medicine provider serving the Fairfax County patient population. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical skills a patient-centered approach and passion for proactive care management.

The Registered Nurse RN will be responsible for but not limited to managing the in-basket management transition care management patient triage and other responsibilities when needed.

- RN license in Virginia or compact state
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- CPR (AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network)
- Previous RN experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting is a plus
- Minimum one year experience as licensed RN required
- Two or more years as licensed RN experience highly preferred.
- Previous experience in EPIC or Outpatient EPIC is a plus

Salary Range: Minimum 38.49/hour - Maximum 59.66/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
