Job Summary
Leadership and accountability for all construction activities within the site portfolio:
- Related experience in a construction lead role.
- Project management/building construction experience with a demonstrated focus in making buildings outstanding workplaces that are highly functional and the ability to develop cost estimates schedules and analyze Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Strong background in commercial and lab construction to include mechanical electrical process piping plumbing building systems tenant improvement site work and ground up construction. Advanced skills in project planning execution & management processes.
- Experience as a people manager who builds capabilities of individuals and teams through effective employee development involvement communication and coaching
- Action oriented taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency high energy and enthusiasm.
- Passionate about customer service and end-user experience.
- Driving what matters focusing on what is critical to efficiently drive progress.
- Owning the hard calls making tough decisions and standing behind them.
- Demonstrates integrity driving quality honesty and accountability.
- Has the ability to drive results even under tough circumstances in less than ideal conditions.

- Leadership experience communication (Keynote) and supervisory skills including experience working with all levels of an organization and ability to handle customer service issues involving employees in a professional and positive manner
- Bachelors Engineering degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial or Construction Management preferred.
