Youll spend three years developing your accounting networking and leadership skills by gaining experience in rotations across a variety of different government agencies. We know there are lots of different pathways that you can follow from accounting so our programme offers you practical experience across a range of finance/accounting functions that interest you most.

Eligibility:
- A provisional member of CA ANZ or an Associate Member of CPA
- Meet the academic requirements to join either the CA ANZ or CPA professional accounting programmes
- New Zealand or Australian Citizenship or a valid visa (Resident Permanent Resident or a 3-year post-study work visa).
- Available to commence employment in Wellington either February or August 2026

Selection stages:

- Virtual case study presentation and panel interview
