Are you a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant interested in supporting childrens learning and development
We are seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Richmond from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to gain hands-on classroom experience while supporting childrens academic and social progress.
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to provide 1:1 and group support. You will help pupils with additional needs promote positive behaviour and deliver interventions that support wellbeing and confidence. The role will allow you to build strong relationships with children develop key classroom management skills and gain first-hand experience of how different approaches can support pupils with varied needs. This is ideal for graduates considering further study or training in psychology education or therapy.
Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant Essential Requirements:
- UK undergraduate degree in Psychology.
- Experience working with children or young people ideally with SEND exposure.
Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant Job Details:
- Location: Richmond South West London
- Contract: Running till July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
- Pay: 444.00 per week (PAYE)
- Interviews: September/October 2025
