We are one of the worlds largest producers of synthetic rubber. We develop produce and market high-performance rubbers that are used in a wide range of applications.
You probably use synthetic rubbers in your daily life without even knowing it. During your commute to work synthetic rubbers are used in the tires of your vehicle or bicycle. When taking a shower there is a rubber seal in your tap. When opening the refrigerator the rubber seal ensures the door closes properly and keeps the cool temperature inside. Besides these more traditional applications our synthetic rubbers are used in green applications such as batteries for electric vehicles in windmills and in solar panels.

The Sarnia manufacturing facility is the headquarters for ARLANXEO Canada Inc. with a Global Research & Development Centre for Butyl Rubber found in London Ontario. Focused on the production of synthetic rubber the Sarnia facility is a major supplier to both domestic and international markets and employs over 300 employees.
This role focuses on managing the end-to-end customer order fulfillment process including:
Receiving and processing global customer orders
Coordinating transportation and logistics
Preparing shipping and customs documentation
Supporting both domestic and international shipments
Coordination of rail shipments shunting and documentation
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: SAP order handling documentation creation (CoA BOL customs) coordination with warehouses.
Transportation & Logistics: Carrier selection booking TM system management returns coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Post-secondary in Logistics Business Administration or Materials Management. CITT or designation is an asset.
Experience: 35 years preferred in:
Export order fulfillment
Freight forwarding and customs
Experience in rail logisticsincluding shipment coordination shunting aligned with warehouse/carrier needs and SAP-integrated rail invoicingwill be considered an asset.
Systems Knowledge:
SAP SD/WM (strongly preferred)
MS Office Lotus Notes
