Senior Software EngineerWhat does a successful Senior Software Engineer do at Fiserv
As a Senior Software Engineer you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of project delivery with specific focus on architecture design and development of enhancements and extension to our products.
Work Type: Fixed Term Employment(12 Months)
Job Location: Melbourne/Brisbane
What You Will Do:
- Maintaining the codebase and keeping it up to date with the latest product and security features
- Ensuring the software is reliable and available to our customers.
- Maintaining and improving the process for deploying Pinch to its infrastructure
- Guiding the software development process and ensuring resourcing is sufficient.
- Creating and leading development teams
- Mentoring junior developers and other junior staff
What You Will Need To Have:
- Highly experienced across the Microsoft stack - .Net/.Net Core.
- Highly experienced in Angular / React JS or any other modern frameworks.
- Experience working with Azure AWS or any other cloud provider.
- Proven commercial knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles.
- Excellent communicator and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Significant experience writing unit and integration tests.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (Github / Octopus Deploy).
- Develop high quality scalable and performant solutions.
- Strong understanding of web security (OWASP TOP 10 etc.).
- Experience with high-volume systems is a plus.
