Job Description
the daily operations of the Platform Operations teams ensuring the functionality availability support and security of client IT systems data backups and communications. This includes providing key stakeholders with accurate management information relating to IT operations and ensuring timely troubleshooting and remediation of issues. You will allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables ensuring that all outputs are robust secure and scalable while optimizing cloud infrastructure costs without compromising performance or reliability. Working closely with the Desktop Operations and Platform Engineering teams you will provide technical oversight and resources to support projects as addition you will ensure that IT operations policies processes and procedures are well-documented relevant and communicated effectively. A key part of the role also involves ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements while staying informed of best practices and emerging technologies.
