Job Description
As a CSR in our self-storage facility youll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for customers seeking secure and convenient storage solutions. Youll handle inquiries manage rentals maintain the property and ensure a smooth positive experience for every addition to customer service and administrative duties youll perform light maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean safe and welcomingsuch as sweeping units inspecting locks replacing light bulbs and reporting any repair needs.
Clean and prepare vacant storage units
Perform daily security/lock checks
Help conduct marketing tasks
Enforce site rules
Complete and submit company documents reports and tasks
Work with Site Mgr/Site Lead to complete repair and speak to vendors
Perform other duties assigned
Maintain professional appearance
