Could you be the full-time onsite MPC Operations Manager in Goteborg SE were looking for

MPC Maintenance Performance Center is Alstoms concept for gather competence and expertise to support multiple operations and sites. By focusing on fleet and product our broad expertise and best practices processes and tools can be applied to all operations.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your operations management expertise / operational excellence in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll drive the harmonization of maintenance data KPIs methods and process compliance across maintenance projects and depots in the Nordics ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Operations Managers Planning Managers and central functions as well as Support Functions across the Cluster) lead the development and consolidation of planning execution and analysis processes.

Well look to you for:

  • Supporting and harmonizing maintenance data and KPIs.
  • Ensuring methods and process compliance across RSM maintenance projects and depots ( Nordics scope)
  • Collaborating with the RSM Performance Centre (MPC) Project teams and central functions to meet requirements and objectives
  • Driving the development and implementation of best practices to streamline operational processes
  • Working closely with Operations and Planning Managers in the Nordics to enhance planning execution and analysis
  • Acting as a bridge to transfer best practices across the organization
  • Continuously improving operational ways of working to boost quality efficiency and performance
  • Monitoring and analyzing operational performance to identify improvement opportunities
  • Mobilizing new businesses across the Nordics;
  • Providing expertise and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of maintenance processes KPIs and operational planning & execution
  • Knowledge of process harmonization and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English communication
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
