Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer Windows Server environments with 68 years of experience in system administration
4 years of proven expertise in Hyper V virtualization (SCVMM etc).
Support and maintain large-scale data center infrastructures with 4000 virtual machines across global environments
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of Hyper V hosts SCVMM environments and Hyper V infrastructure.
Configure and manage High Availability (HA) Site recovery etc.
Execute P2V V2V and V2P migrations.
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell Python or other scripting tools.
Provide administration and support for Active Directory DNS DHCP WINS and Windows clustering.
Maintain and manage SQL databases as part of infrastructure support.
Work on Dell server hardware products and provide root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision.
Document processes and ensure adherence to compliance and best practices.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Key Qualifications
6 years of hands-on experience in Windows Systems Administration and troubleshooting.
4 years of experience in Hyper virtualization (consulting and enterprise environments).
2 years of automation experience (PowerShell Python etc.).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS Active Directory clustering and networking concepts.
Experience working in large enterprise-scale environments with global infrastructure.
Education: Bachelors degree (B.E/ MCA) or equivalent.
Certifications preferred: MCP/MCSA/MCSE.
Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Excellent analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong collaboration communication and presentation skills for working with global teams and stakeholders.
BE/ degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
