Summary:
The Careline Telecare Installation Review Officer is responsible for installing demonstrating and reviewing community alarms and telecare equipment to support elderly disabled and vulnerable residents. The role ensures the delivery of a high-quality cost-effective social alarm response service that promotes dignity safety and wellbeing. Postholders will assess customer needs recommend and implement appropriate telecare solutions and provide technical support and training to users colleagues and partner professionals.
