We are currently recruiting

Senior Occupational Therapists with empathy and drive to make a difference in a dynamic and forward-thinking Reablement Therapy Service contributing to a wide range of service areas including Reablement Equipment and Adaptations and Moving and Handling.

We need permanent full time Occupational Therapists to work In East Lancashire as part of our Adult Services Short Term Support Service Occupational Therapy team.

Reablement Teams focus on working closely with our Reablement Provider other Lancashire County Council teams ICAT as well as collaborative working with our local Community Health & Social Care partners to prevent hospital admission and promote independence.
