Job Description
Responsibilities
Design and develop new features and enhancements for our Shopify-based eCommerce stack.
Build UI-rich scalable and accessible website features across multiple browsers and countries.
Work with Figma to wireframe and design features for internal tooling and storefronts.
Implement Shopify theme features using latest tech: sections blocks Section Rendering API Checkout Extensibility Customer Accounts.
Write clean tested and well-documented code (JavaScript TypeScript React HTML CSS Liquid).
Collaborate within an Agile cross-functional team to deliver user stories and technical solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Build and integrate UI extensions GTM dataLayer events and custom components.
Requirements
8 years of experience in software design & frontend development.
Strong skills in JavaScript TypeScript (React) HTML CSS Liquid.
Proficiency with Figma and UI/UX design principles.
Experience writing custom Web Components.
Familiarity with GitHub/Bitbucket and Agile environments.
Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working on large-scale international eCommerce teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with unit testing Playwright and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
Knowledge of Shopify Pixel tracking Checkout UI Extensions Section Rendering API.
Experience building for checkout extensibility and customer account UI.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
