We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled ACT Program Assistantto join our team full-time.This role is essential to our mission providing therapy crisis support and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a ACT Program Assistantwith Carolina Outreach you willorganize coordinate and monitor all non-clinical operations of the ACT Team including managing medical records; operating and coordinating the management information system; maintaining accounting and budget records for individual and program expenditures; and providing receptionist activities including triage calls and coordinating communication between the team and clients.

Position Description:
- Assist the team lead with organizing daily team meetings Monday Friday to address and discuss clinical and administrative issues.
- Collect and report on aggregate measures of number and type of client contacts for the team.
- Maintain an updated crisis log and collect client crisis reports from staff.
- Track and report client hospitalizations and incarcerations.
- Track expiration dates for clients insurance information and ensure staff are aware of clients insurance status.
