Position Summary:
- The Sous Chef/Culinary Supervisor supervises daily kitchen production and operations while upholding the highest culinary and sanitation standards.
- Oversee food preparation inventory ordering and staff supervision across multiple shifts.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols conduct quality and temperature checks and lead production meetings.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development budgeting and staff training to deliver exceptional patient and guest dining experiences.
- Maintain clear production between leads and cooks and promote a culture of teamwork safety and excellence.
Shift:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Evening Shift
Rotating Weekend Work Required

Education/Experience
- Associates degree required. Equivalency allowed in lieu of education and experience
- 5 years of experience in hospitality healthcare or foodservice industry.
Licensure/Certification:
- ServSafe Certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
Salary Range: Minimum 24.50/hour - Maximum 42.88/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
