At our headquarters in Hellerup Denmark research facilities in Heidelberg Germany and additional offices across Europe and the United States we are advancing programs in our Endocrinology Rare Disease and Oncology portfolios. We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets.

We are seeking a Head of Transfer Pricing to join our growing organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring an efficient and robust set-up of inter-company structures in connection with global launches. You will be responsible for transfer pricing planning advisory compliance and managing audits as part of Group Tax. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment collaborate with cross-functional global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.

Who will you be working with

You will join our Finance organization and be part of Group Tax. We work closely with our colleagues across finance functions in both the US and Europe cultivating a welcoming environment where collaboration is key. We believe that fostering a friendly atmosphere with room for informal exchanges and spontaneous coffee chats is just as essential as maintaining a professional focus and delivering results. After all a quick chat over coffee can be just as impactful as a well-run meeting.

You will be based in Hellerup and report directly to the VP & Head of Tax who is also in Hellerup.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Plan and advise key stakeholders to ensure transfer pricing policies are continuously up to date in connection with global launch and changes to the business.
  • Support colleagues to ensure efficient scalable processes are in place in execution of transfer pricing policies
  • Analyzing and managing PEs and BAPA ensuring robust audit trails and controls are executed as part of our Tax Control Framework.
  • Manage global transfer pricing documentation being prepared and filed on time including ensuring inter-company agreements and benchmarks are being updated to ensure compliance.
  • Manage transfer pricing queries and audits.
  • Digitization and automatization in inter-company matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

You hold a relevant academic degree probably a Master of Accounting a Law Degree or Finance/Law () and have 5 years of experience with transfer pricing and preferably experience from an in-house function.

Key competencies:

The position calls for a blend of analytical rigor and interpersonal skills as youll be guiding stakeholders working cross-functionally and representing the company during audits.

You are analytical with an eye for details while also being able to think holistically and strategically. You have experience working with and maneuvering between several countries tax laws and working in a dynamic environment where things change rapidly and re-prioritization is needed to reach the targeted goals.

Travel: 10-15 days per year.
