The FP&A Analyst will be a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A) at the heart of ALSTOMs central Finance departments.
FP&A holds a key role in coordinating numerous actors within the organization: Finance departments (Consolidation Regions Finance Tax Research & Development Operation Finance) as well as non-Finance functions (Commercial Strategy HR) all taking part to Alstoms Management System and to the achievement of objectives.
Being owner of the results the team continuously looks for new ways to improve tools to optimize efficiency and reliability.
The FP&A Analyst processes multiple financial data and provides a fair view of Alstom regional cluster or site performance through consistent data aggregation and appropriate financial analyses.
Reporting to the Topline and Product Lines FP&A Director you will participate in the various planning and analysis activities including :
Requested profile
Degree in Accounting Finance or Business
3-5 years of experience in Finance/Controlling/Audit
Prior FP&A or Project Controlling experience is a plus
French and English at working level is necessary
Competencies & Skills
Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Reliable and accurate with a strong sense of auto-control / consistency check.
Agile able to manage several topics at the same time while delivering quality
Problem solving attitude with bias for action and result oriented
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
