QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Administrative Economic Sciences other related fields
• Preferably at least min 5 years experience in purchasing processes
• Good command of English is required both verbal and written
• Good command of MS Office programs especially in Excel
• Preferably knowledge of SAP and AL
• Ability to manage change initiatives in a proactive way
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and analytical mindset with reporting skills
• Team and target oriented mindset
• Available for global business trips
• Candidates living in Algeria will be primarily preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager this person will support the purchasing team in developing purchasing activities and will carry out indirect material spare parts and service purchases

Key responsibilities will include

• Strategic management of indirect purchasing processes (indirect materials services technology logistics office supplies etc.)
• Conducting supplier selection evaluation and development processes
• Competent in contract management cost analysis strategic procurement and tender methods and tools
• Conducting budget tracking cost analysis and efficiency studies
• Analyzing internal customer needs to improve processes and develop sustainable solutions
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical principles in procurement processes.
• Contributing to purchasing development
• Comparing the costs of new potential suppliers for purchased materials
• Comparison of insource and outsource costs
• Identifying and implementing savings initiatives
• Supporting internal departments (Quality Logistics Financial and Intelligent Technologies) in purchasing-related topics
• Data analysis
• Trattativa and purchasing projection.
• Purchasing budget and report
