Main Roles and Responsibilities
- You need to work with cross functional teams to understand DATA VISUALIZATION requirements. Create powerful BI and analytics dashboards to help democratize Industry and brand performance data and drive ease and speed of of decision making
- You can enable sales effectiveness by equipping the sales team with powerful data tools/dashboards that they can use to identify business opportunities (e.g. selecting the right store right assortment fit for the carparc in a certain geography)
- You need to conduct user trainings and ensure usage by business teams
- You are request to optimize data structures and models for performance stability and refresh efficiency
- You need to focus on creating scalable reports integrated with global systems
- You are responsible to create statistical models as and when needed to forecast industry trends predict detailed geographic opportunity sizes etc.
Main Interactions
- You works with regional and local teams business teams and leadership to analyze and explain industry trends
- You work with external partners (data providers research and analytics agencies) to ensure timely high quality data inputs
- You Works closely with global centers of excellence to ensure standardization of global and regional approaches.
- You Work closely with IT organization to ensure smooth and high quality implementation of BI dashboards
Qualifications
Experience
- You with at least 5 years experience in market research and analytics. At least 2 years in manufacturer/client side roles
- You with at least 2 years experience in creating and deploying BI reports on platforms such as Power BI and Tableau.
Skills
- You with thorough understanding of retail audit data and analysis.
- You expert in Excel and hands on experience with at least one of the BI tools (Power BI Tableau etc.). Experience in building AI based visualization and data analytics systems will be an advantage.
- You with good communication skills and experience presenting and interacting with senior leadership
- You with statistical analysis experience will be an advantage
- Your SQL experience will be an advantage.
