Job Description
- Co-ordinating quality checks for process parameters as per desired frequency
- Ensuring product quality at standard with Quality best practices
- Prepare SOP and checklist of all quality process.
- Safety and upkeep of the assets of the organization
- Directly responsible RM PM testing.
- Ensuring Calibration of lab instruments.
- Ensure CCP monitoring and control.
- Responsible for NPD product trial quality compliance
- Responsible for daily shift activities/issues and closure of action plan
- Directly responsible for all quality incident in the shift
- Directly responsible for salvage of all HOLD and rejected material
- Directly responsible quality data keeping and analysis of data for the shift.
- Directly responsible for adherence to GMP practices and Personnel hygiene practices on shopfloor
- Support AIB ISO -22000 and QA documentation.
- Directly responsible for the compliance to the process parameter as per Process manual
- Directly responsible for product traceability.
- Directly responsible for record keeping and monitoring
- Directly responsible legal deceleration on packaging and testing for the same.
- Directly responsible implement tobacco policy Jewellery policy glass policy etc.
- Directly responsible for achieving quality targets laid by organizations.
- Directly responsible for plant hygiene and sanitation.
Measure of performance:
- No FM consumer complaint in the shift
- Zero non-conformance in Process audit
- Zero non-conformance in external AIB ISO -22000 and QP in records monitoring and control
Competencies desired:
- People management skills
- Analytical skills with reference to quality deviations
- Planning and execution skills
