This Position reports to:
Marketing & Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the authority for testing and verification activities of medium to high complex systems. Facilitate completion of testing activities efficiently timely and cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications quality standards and safety requirements
This role belongs to Motion Business for Drive products division based in Nelamangala- Karnataka India
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Tests product and system and validate material to ensure that these follow prescribed technical specifications.
- Approves test results applies advanced test concepts and methods and schedules testing.
- Ensures that type tests are carried to meet the contractual obligations and tests/ inspections at suppliers premises are carried out to meet the contractual obligations of systems orders.
- Supervises test engineers and associate test engineers. Maintains network of engineering professionals
- Creates work plans and cost estimates for work in ones area of responsibility. Ensures quality timely implementation within targeted cost.
Qualifications for the role
- BE / B-tech Electrical & Electronics back ground with 5 years of experience should have the good hands-on experience in testing the Automation panels which uses PLC / DCS products of any reputed brands.
- Knowledge of conducting the inspection using QAP & FAT documents.
- PLC programming & SCADA hands-on knowledge
- Maintaining the quality standards Vendor inspection. following the IEC standards Safety culture at testing area knowledge of managing the Inspecting agency / customer are mandatory.
