Landscaping Services Inc. (LSI)is seeking a highly motivated experienced and client-focused professional to join our growingMurfreesboro TNbusiness as an Enhancement Production Manager.

Pay: $25-$35 hour

The Opportunity
Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As an enhancement production manager youll:
- Train and manage crews daily; employee relationships train coach mentor discipline and develop relationships.
- Perform landscaping enhancement work as necessary including mowing weeding edging trimming pruning irrigation start up and winterization pesticide application order to ensure the timely and quality completion of customer contracts.
- Understand scope of work contract specifications for maximum productivity and quality standards for all customers and ensure that operations meet or exceed all contractual obligations.
- Conduct field safety training ensure safe procedures are followed at all times and ensure all employees consistently use personal protective equipment as required.
- Inspect properties using required inspection reports ensuring quality performance of work.
- Deliver superior quality service and value to our customers by serving the organization as leader in plant installation tree work drainage and more.
- Support company growth as a leader in enhancement management and estimating.
- Order and maintain inventory control of plant materials supplies and equipment.
- Create and communicate the daily schedule for 5-10 employees.
- Establish daily operational routines and workflows to ensure efficient use of labor materials and equipment.
- Oversee the design installs and renovation of all projects.
- Oversee irrigation installs drainage tree trimming and plant installations.
- Ability to read and execute site plans efficiently.
- Coordinate with LSI Account Manager and Client Operations Leader as needed.

- Minimum of 2 years of commercial enhancement landscaping and irrigation experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong organization and conflict management abilities
- Capacity to make critical judgments solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
- Determination to exceed the goals of position department and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
