Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially-minded Senior Account Manager to join our Brand Partnerships team. This role is central to managing some of our most high-profile accounts leading the delivery of complex media and event-led campaigns and ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations. Acting as both a trusted advisor to clients and a key driver of internal collaboration you will combine strategic thinking strong commercial acumen and excellent project management skills to deliver best-in-class campaigns that grow long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery

Lead cross-departmental teams in the development and end-to-end delivery of brand partnership projects (both media and event-led) for key high-profile accounts. Ensure every campaign is delivered on time within budget and to a standard that exceeds client expectations. Operate with a high level of autonomy confidently managing multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.

Client Servicing

Take ownership of relationships with key accounts serving as their primary point of contact throughout all projects. Build trusted relationships with senior-level client stakeholders consistently providing exceptional service and acting as a strategic partner. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand partnerships beyond the initial scope.

Ideation & Strategy

Collaborate with teams both within Brand Partnerships and across the business to develop innovative campaign ideas both proactively and in response to briefs. Create engaging proposal decks and detailed media plans translating ideas into tangible deliverables that align with client objectives timelines and budget requirements.

Reporting & Analysis

Track analyse and continuously improve campaign performance at both an individual and portfolio level. Interpret data effectively to uncover meaningful insights and communicate these clearly and persuasively to both clients and internal stakeholders. Use performance analysis to inform actionable optimisations ensuring campaigns deliver against objectives and unlock future opportunities for account growth.

Commercial Accountability

Take responsibility for revenue delivery across your portfolio including renewals upsells and accurate forecasting. Consistently identify opportunities to grow client investment and drive long-term account value.

Team Development & Collaboration

Maintain a strong understanding of the media and events market in which our clients operate contributing competitor reviews and supporting the ongoing development of tools and processes that ensure we remain relevant and competitive. Build strong internal relationships with key departments globally share best practices across markets and support the growth and development of junior team members.

Key skills and experience were looking for

  • Experience & Background: 7 years in a relevant role ideally within a media owner or creative/digital/events agency in Project Management Account Management or Production. Proven track record managing complex campaigns and high-value clients.
  • Client Servicing: Significant experience building and maintaining strong senior-level client relationships with confidence in negotiation and driving long-term partnerships.
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage budgets forecast revenue and identify upsell opportunities to grow account value.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into engaging actionable recommendations and compelling client narratives.
  • Creative & Communication Skills: Strong presentation skills including the ability to build visually engaging client-facing decks. Exceptional written and verbal communication with accuracy and an eye for detail.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the global media advertising and social landscape with a genuine passion for branded content and innovative campaign ideas.
  • Ways of Working: Confident self-starter with a problem-solving mindset comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to guide and support junior colleagues sharing best practices and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
  • Additional Skills: Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Comfortable being on camera is desirable as we often feature in our own social media content.
