What Youll Do
In this role youll be a trusted advisor and advocate for clients ensuring their unique insurance needs are met with care professionalism and expertise. Key responsibilities include:
Providing tailored advice recommendations and exceptional service to clients.
Managing client inquiries and policy changes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Entering and maintaining client data with precision and timeliness.
Collaborating with clients sub-brokers underwriters and other partners to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
Reviewing renewal documents endorsements and certificates of insurance.
Monitoring receivables and supporting claims reporting.
Maintaining a positive solution-focused approach when working with clients and colleagues.
What You Bring
RIBO License is required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial or Personal Lines as a licensed broker.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive professional and client-first attitude.
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Sig XP experience is a strong asset.
