Responsibilities
The Manager of House Resources coordinates nursing rehabilitation and hospital services for the assigned facility while maintaining an awareness of issues that impact patient care. This role is responsible for overseeing patient flow intra- and inter-facility patient transfers and communication at the assigned facility between other Community Health System (CHS) facilities and with external entities. Additionally the Manager directly supervises and provides leadership to the discharge lounge staff resource and break nurses.
