Job Skills / Requirements
The Branch Manager will be a key player in overseeing operations driving sales and managing client relationships within our Louisiana portfolio. This hybrid role will require a blend of operational duties sales initiatives client engagement and team hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security/guarding services with a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Manage the hiring and training of staff to build a strong team of security professionals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Monitor branch performance metrics and report on progress towards goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the security/guarding industry.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Strong sales background with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Experience with Win Team is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience ($60k-$70k).
Mileage Vehicle Allowance (MVA).
Commission on business sold contingent on meeting company requirements.
