Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with mall visitors
- Promote Ice Flyers merchandise and effectively communicate product features
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of team merchandise and ongoing promotions
- Execute sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing booth environment
- Set up and close down the booth ensuring a professional appearance at all times
- Represent the Ice Flyers brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Perform additional duties as assigned by team management
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
- Problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn Shopify POS system
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service skills with ability to engage and persuade
- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable transportation
- Interest in hockey or sports (preferred but not required)
- Hourly part-time position

- Position is seasonal and runs from November-December
