This Position reports to:
Service Sales ManagerIn this role you will have the opportunity to support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. Our mission is to enhance the efficiency and reliability of electric motors through advanced data acquisition and predictive maintenance.
You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development.
The work model for the role is Hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Motion Service division in Vittuone (Milan)
The main stakeholders are customers and all internal functions involved in the creation and sale of our digital solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Developing and proposing digital solutions that enable the acquisition of data from electric motors processing this data and providing predictive maintenance recommendations to our clients.
Provide predictive maintenance recommendations based on data analysis for all Abb installed base and more
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Testing and troubleshooting the final system setup and ensuring its successful rollout through training and retraining the customers and providing subsequent ongoing support and services.
Contributing to the software product roadmap and portfolio through suggesting new features functionality and variants.
Qualifications:
Understanding of electric motor inverter drives and predictive maintenance is highly appreciated
Ability to understand customers needs and build collaborative relationships
Possess an enhanced knowledge of Power BI and Python
You are passionate about Digital Solutions and Energy Efficiency
Degree in Engineering (Automation Mechanical Electrical Computer science..)
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English
Availability to travel to visit customers when needed
