BDC Representatives
As a BDC Representative youll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Youll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls emails and online inquiries. Your main goal will be to engage with potential customers and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone email and online chat.
- Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
- Nurture customer relationships and build a strong pipeline of leads.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the BDC manager and sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a call center sales or customer service role.
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and messages.
- Proficiency with computers and a willingness to learn new software.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
