What were looking for:
- Experience repairing and servicing compact construction equipment (skid steers mini excavators telehandlers and more)
- Ability to troubleshoot diagnose and get machines back to work quickly
- Customer-first attitude our technicians are the face of our service
- Team players who are ready to step in and keep projects moving
What Youll Do:
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical electrical hydraulic and diesel systems).
- Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in ready-to-work condition.
- Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
- Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts Service Sales and Rental.
