Adhesive Packaging Technician
Compensation: $17.00-20.00/hr triannual profit-sharing bonuses!
Location: Debary FL

Responsibilities:
- Package adhesive products accurately and efficiently to meet customer needs.
- Operate set up and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
- Perform inventory management tasks for product line with expiration dates.
- Complete work orders while adhering to safety quality and environmental standards.
- Prioritize production tasks based on customer demand and lead times.
- Handle materials safely maneuver carts and safely use packaging tools and equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate mechanical and basic office equipment.
- Ability to lift 25-40lbs (10-20 kg) regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Comfortable climbing ladders standing sitting and walking for extended periods.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Work in temperature variable environments
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience handling inventory with expiration dates.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong sense of teamwork.
Work Environment:
This is a manufacturing plant environment involving exposure to moving machinery high temperatures equipment heights and confined spaces.
