Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani a national law firm with offices in all 50 states seeks skilled attorneys with 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate transactions and mergers & acquisitions to join our dynamic team. We welcome applicants with a license to practice in any state with a preference for those based in Pittsburgh or Chicago.

- Complex M&A transactions.
- Corporate governance and compliance.
- Strategic business advisory services.
- General transactional work across industries.

- Proven experience in complex mergers & acquisitions.
- Strong background in corporate and business counseling.
- Familiarity with private placements and debt financing.

The yearly salary range is between $100000-$275000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills training experience including the location where the position is filled.
