Complete Home Therapy is a private practice outpatient physical therapy clinic owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team who are deeply committed to personalized care. We offer a hybrid model of Medicare and private pay services and we are proudly out-of-network with all commercial insurance plansgiving us the freedom to prioritize quality over quantity.
Our treatment model is built around 1-hour one-on-one sessions allowing clinicians to connect meaningfully with patients and deliver care without compromise. We provide outpatient-level therapy in the comfort of our clients homes blending clinical excellence with hospitality and heart.

Responsibilities
Deliver 1-on-1 care in patients homes with a focus on manual therapy and exercise
Manage the full patient journeyfrom initial eval to post-care follow-up
Communicate the value of our services with clarity and conviction
Ensure patients stay engaged and on track to achieve lasting outcomes
Build enduring relationships and proactively check in with past clients
Ask for feedback reviews and referrals with authenticity and confidence
Participate in team meetings trainings and marketing initiatives
Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Licensed to practice in Florida
Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Comfortable with feedback coaching and accountability
Passionate about helping others live healthier more active lives

Full-Time W2 Position
Competitive Base Salary: $80000$90000/year
