Job Description
Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Latin America or South Africa
Type: Full-Time Remote
Salary: $1500 $2000 USD per month
Working Hours: Core hours aligned with U.S. Central Time (9:00 AM 5:00 PM CT; Monday to Friday) with flexibility as needed
Assets Under Management (AUM): $500 million
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (or Financial Analyst) to support the investment and operations teams. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of audit accounting and project management experience to deliver robust financial analysis strengthen reporting processes and drive workflow efficiency across the firm. This role offers high visibility impact and growth potential in a lean agile team environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Audit experience with strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail.
- Proven project management and planning expertise in a financial or investment context.
- Prior financial services or investment industry exposure (required).
- Advanced financial analysis skills including financial modeling scenario analysis and variance reporting.
- Ability to translate complex financial inputs into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory or mentorship experience in a team environment.
- Experience reviewing legal or vendor contracts in finance-related contexts.
- Familiarity with TRA (Tax Receivable Agreement) structures or other niche financial products.
