Job Summary

Job Opportunity: Orthopedic Surgeon

The facility boasts state-of-the-art operating rooms emergency services and a comprehensive therapy and wellness center.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team of orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers.
Deliver high-quality orthopedic care and conduct patient consultations surgeries and follow-ups.
Provide inpatient hospital care directly or through collaboration with hospitalists.
Participate in a flexible call rotation and weekend coverage.
Document care effectively using the Epic EMR system.
Teach and collaborate with advanced practice providers and clinic staff.
Ensure optimal patient outcomes by working closely with patients families and team members.
Maintain safety standards in all aspects of patient care.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Orthopedic Surgery (2-5 years preferred).
Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

License and Certification Requirements:

Missouri Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start).
Controlled Substance Registration/Controlled Dangerous Substance (CSR/CDS) (must be obtained prior to start).
J1 visa sponsorship eligibility (if required).
