Job Title: TIG Welder
Location: Elg Grove Village IL
Pay Rate: $24.00 $26.00/hour
Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 6:00 A.M. 2:30 P.M. (Overtime often until 4:30 P.M.)

• Saturday: 6:00 A.M. 12:00 P.M. (Mandatory if needed depending on workload)

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced TIG Welders to join our team and contribute to the fabrication and manufacturing of high-quality metal parts. The ideal candidate will be able to step in with minimal training follow blueprints with precision and produce strong clean welds that meet exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and manufacture metal parts in accordance with blueprints and specifications.

• Follow blueprints and welding symbols to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Perform TIG welding and operate metal fabrication tools.

• Produce strong clean welds that meet quality and tolerance standards.

• Grind finish and inspect completed welds for strength and accuracy.

• Test welded output to ensure it meets required specifications.

• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven TIG welding experience (2 years preferred) ideally in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong blueprint reading skills and knowledge of welding symbolsmust be able to work independently without additional training.

• Proficiency in TIG welding grinding finishing metals and general metal fabrication.

• Ability to stand crouch and lift heavy equipment as needed.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Must pass a weld test drug test and background check prior to hire.
