The Data Analyst will join our Global Strategy and Data Analytics team. This role will focus on analyzing data sets identifying trends and insights exporting data out of our Regulatory and Quality systems/tools and visualizing data in PowerBi dashboards. The data analyst will work closely with several teams within a global organization (quality and regulatory department) to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions.
Collect organize and analyze large datasets from various source systems using data visualization tools.
Communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track business performance.
Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency through data cleansing and validation techniques.
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on findings.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Data science Computer Science IT or programming (or related field).
2 years of experience in data analysis and/or data mining.
Proven experience in creating interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations
SQL or other programming languages incl. Power automate is a surplus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate large datasets with attention to detail
Experience in data cleaning predictive modeling and validation techniques.
