Responsibilities:
The Service Provider shall perform the following services:
1. Technical Designs
- Deliverables: Develop and deliver technical design documents that outline the architecture data models and system components necessary for the project.
- Specifications: The designs should follow standard practices and meet the requirements mentioned in the project scope.
2. Code Development
- Deliverables: Write and deliver the source code based on the agreed-upon designs and project requirements. Technology stack is GraphQL/REST Java SpringBoot Webflux AWS.
- Specifications: Code must meet the industry standards for quality including readability maintainability and performance
3 Testing and Quality Assurance
- Deliverables: Perform necessary testing of the code and systems to ensure they function correctly and meet the project requirements. Implement automated testing to ensure consistent and efficient validation of code. Programming Language to use for Automated Testing is Playwright Javascript.
- Specifications: Quality should align with the expectations for performance and reliability.
4. Deployment
- Deliverables: Deploy the final solution to the production environment using the current CI/CD architecture.
- Specifications: Deployment must utilize the existing CI/CD processes and tools to ensure efficient automated and reliable integration and deployment of code. This includes following all the deployment procedures and schedules established by the CI/CD framework.
5. Support and Maintenance
- Deliverables: Provide support and maintenance for all code deployed to production. This includes addressing and resolving the issues troubleshooting and applying necessary bug fixes or updates.
- Specifications: Support will cover all aspects of deployed code ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved
