This Position reports to:

Exc Business Line Asia Sales Manager


Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within Malaysia Vietnam Singapore reporting and working in close co-ordination with Sub Regional Manager-Asia. You will be primarily responsible for planning and ensuring implementation of Excitation strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for systems products and services in a profitable way. Responsible for leading the Sales organization of Excitation Business in allocated region proactively to exceed the sales targets through high performance in order to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Excitation Business for Asia. The position is based in Petaling Jaya Malaysia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time payments and general terms and conditions in line with ABBs offering and strategy.
  • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
  • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
  • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities when needed.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in electrical power electronics or equivalent experience.
  • Requires 2 years of experience in marketing & sales of solution & service in power generation utilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills are required.
  • Should be fluent in English comprehension and writing.
  • Willing to travel across the allocated region countries.
