Job description:
Note:This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week in the Nashville TN office and surrounding locations.
Note:The qualified candidate for this position must have 3 years of experience in construction project management and estimating.

Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedProject Manager/Estimatorto oversee commercial construction projects from bid through completion. This role requires leadership client-facing communication and hands-on estimating expertise.
- Manage project budgets schedules and reporting to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and owners throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead project teams and provide direction on construction methods and problem-solving
- Oversee subcontractor performance and enforce safety policies daily
- Review bid documents drawings and specs to prepare accurate estimates
- Calculate material quantities labor hours and cost components for proposals
- Use historical project data to improve cost accuracy and ensure competitiveness
- Support negotiations change orders and client presentations
- Represent the company to build relationships and pursue new opportunities
Qualifications
- 4-year degree in engineering construction management or related field preferred
- 3 years of project management and estimating experience required
- Proven background in commercial or facility construction projects
- Strong knowledge of project management construction management and estimating principles
- Excellent leadership organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore Autodesk Build HH2 and Sage/Timberline a plus
