Yellowstone Clubs Mountain Operations department is currently seeking candidates for a Terrain Park Attendant.
Purpose: The purpose of the Terrain Park Attendant is to assist in the safety design construction maintenance and operation of the Terrain Parks Fun Slopes and other features at Yellowstone Club.
Major Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Terrain Park Supervisor equipment operators and other resort staff to maintain terrain park and Fun Slope features (rails jumps boxes).
- Ensure features meet safety standards and skill-level suitability for different user groups (beginner intermediate expert).
- Assist in the construction of terrain park features working closely with the Terrain Park Supervisor snowmaking and grooming teams.
- Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding service in a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest maintaining outstanding service standards solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
- Empowered to guarantee total Member satisfaction display hospitality and professionalism to our members at all times take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members and guests and assure that all transactions are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
- Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for team members members and guests at all the event of an accident or emergency seek medical attention if necessary and contact the Assistant General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all Yellowstone Club team members to foster and promote a positive working environment.
- Maintaining daily log terrain park log sheets and updating terrain park maps as needed.

- Maintain the terrain park features ensuring they are in good condition throughout the day.
- Report changing snow conditions and adjust park features when instructed based on weather and snow quality.
- Work closely with other departments (Patrol Snowmaking Grooming and Snowsports) to ensure the park operates efficiently.
- Address any guest concerns or incidents related to the terrain park with the Terrain Park Supervisor.
- Ski or snowboard to and from terrain parks and fun slopes; intermediate level of skiing or snowboarding is required.

- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies procedures and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
