Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Traveler Only
Location: Watertown NY 13601
Facility Type: Long-Term Care & Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 3x12 Evenings (11:00 AM 11:00 PM)
Hours/Week: 36
Type: Travel Contract Only (Must reside 60 miles away to qualify)
Pay Rate: $1550/Week (Traveler Only)
Position Overview
A long-term care facility in Watertown NY is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 13-week travel assignment in their nursing float unit. This role involves delivering high-quality care to patients with chronic illnesses and age-related conditions in a skilled nursing environment.
Key Highlights
Unit Type: Float pool across long-term care and SNF units
Shift Options:
8-hour shift: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
12-hour shift: 11:00 AM 11:00 PM
Patient Population: Dementia chronic diseases diabetes
Charting System: eMAR PointClickCare
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
On-Call: No
Overtime:
Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier)
Weekly OT after 48 hours (based on multiplier)
Requirements
Active LPN License in the state of New York
BLS Certification (AHA required)
Minimum 13 years of experience in a Long-Term Care or SNF setting
Must reside 60 miles from the facility to be considered a traveler
Prior experience using PointClickCare/eMAR preferred
