Located in beautiful Pinehurst NC The Country Club of North Carolina is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our exceptional F&B team. This on-site role offers the opportunity to elevate the dining experience for our private club members and guests while advancing your hospitality career in a high-performance service-driven environment.
What Youll Do:
Lead daily dining operations and events across all outlets.
Ensure service excellence team accountability and guest satisfaction.
Partner with the culinary team to execute seamless events and memorable dining experiences.
Manage scheduling inventory training and compliance with club and legal standards.
Maintain a visible presence during peak hours building strong member relationships.
