Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring and dependable Caregiver with bedside care experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assisting clients with personal care mobility and comfort while maintaining their dignity and independence.
We are seeking a caring and dependable Caregiver with bedside care experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assisting clients with personal care mobility and comfort while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bedside assistance including repositioning comfort measures and monitoring client well-being.
- Assist with personal care needs: bathing grooming dressing toileting and hygiene.
- Support mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques and equipment when needed.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when required.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate daily service records and promptly report changes in client condition.
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with family members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferably in bedside or home care settings.
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
- Ability to lift bend and assist clients with mobility needs.
- Compassionate patient and reliable.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
Schedule & Pay:
- Flexible scheduling: full-time
- Competitive pay based on experience.
- Bonus Pay of $250.00.
